A woman aged 25 had been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 24-year-old man was found dead at a property in Ermington Terrace, Mutley. Three people were cut off by the tide at the spectacular Hell's Mouth cliffs today. The three people in wetsuits were down at the base of the cliffs, which plunge dramatically straight down into the sea all along that stretch of coastline.
