AN crash left an overturned vehicle blocking the A30 in both directions in west Cornwall earlier.

The road was blocked in the area of the St Erth roundabout, according to traffic service Inrix.

Google road sensors show that traffic was very slow around St Erth and Hayle as a result.

The road has now been cleared, but delays remain while traffic gets back to normal.

Elsewhere on the A30, the westbound stretch was partially blocked due to a broken down vehicle near the Avers roundabout at Redruth.
