The Man Engine is coming to HAYLE! Perhaps you have already heard about the largest mechanical puppet ever constructed in Britain? This giant miner will be visiting Hayle on Thursday 4th August 2016 to celebrate the ‘tinth’ anniversary of the Cornish Mining Landscape World Heritage Site. Hayle Royal British Legion needs your help, we are trying to raise the most Poppy Appeal money in history to support our ex service personal. Join Shirley's army of collectors by giving 2 hours of your time to stand at a static point and collect giving out poppies.
