2018 Waste Collection and Street Cleansing Customer Satisfaction Survey

Every year Cornwall Council give all residents the opportunity to tell Cornwall Council what they think about Cornwall Council services.

Complete the survey

The survey runs from 1 October and closes at midnight on 31 October 2018.

All results are anonymous, Cornwall Council will use the information to address any local issues and to help Cornwall Council manage the contract as efficiently as possible. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. If anyone cannot complete the survey online Cornwall Council Information Service offices have hard copies available.
