The Angarrack lights will be switched on for 2015 at 7pm on Saturday November 28.  The switch on event will be starting at 6pm in the car park of the Angarrack Inn. Duncan Warren from BBC Radio Cornwall will be switching on the lights

Two sessions: Friday 13 November and Friday 20 November. The first session will be an informal demonstration covering inexpensive ideas for flower arranging in the home at Christmas time. The second session will be a workshop when you will be encouraged to bring along your flowers, foliage, containers, Christmas baubles etc. To create your own arrangements with help and assistance when required.

Poppy Launch | Passmore Edwards Institute

Hayle Royal British Legion needs your help, we are trying to raise the most Poppy Appeal money in history to support our ex service personal. Join Shirley's army of collectors by giving 2 hours of your time to stand at a static point and collect giving out poppies. If you can help, join us at the Passmore Edwards Institute at 7pm on Tuesday 20th October for our Poppy Launch including a small buffet. Please let me know here if you are prepared to give 2 hours and will be at the launch. Thanks. Clive Polkinghorne chair.
