Friends of the Towans – Botany Walk
Submitted by via Hayle Town ... on Mon, 20/05/2019 - 12:16.
Colin carried out a survey of Godrevy Warren last year and will share some of his vast knowledge of the area’s plants with us. We may well head up around the headland as well. Meet in National Trust (NT) car park at Godrevy (the one with the main cafe) at 10.00am on Thursday 30 May 2019. Fee payable for non-NT members. Likely to finish 3.00pm or later.
Ranger Martin Rule will bring tools, gloves, tea, coffee and biscuits, but please make sure you bring some lunch and appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for working in the exposed Towans’ environment.
If you are planning to attend, please contact Martin by text or phone to 07854 123877, or email martinrule@talktalk.net to let him know.
