Proposed development at:Hayle Shopping Park And Marsh Lane Nature Reserve Marsh Lane Hayle Cornwall I give notice that: has/have applied to CORNWALL COUNCIL for planning permission for:Erection of retail development comprising Class A1 and Class A3 and/or A1 units, including all associated access, servicing and infrastructure works, car parking, public realm improvements and landscaping together with enhancement works including footpaths, car parking, bird hide and landscaping to the nature reserve and surrounding land and hydrological improvement works
Application number: PA14/00532 (This development affects a public right of way)
Members of the public can view the application and plans on the Council’s website at http://planning.cornwall.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at any of the One Stop Shops during normal office hours.
You can comment on the proposal within 21 days of the date of this site notice, either via our website, by email to planning@cornwall.gov.uk or by writing to the address below. Please quote the application number and clearly label your comments with ‘support’ or ‘objection’.
If you have no comments, you don’t need to contact us.We will note all comments and post them on our website, where they will be available for the public and the applicant to view.
